Building on our unity of storytelling plan, this webinar will delve into what makes a great personal story. You’ll hear from experts, including a New York Times editor who selects moving personal stories for the popular Modern Love column, and a high school English teacher who uses our Narrative Writing Unit and Times Mentor Texts to help his students write academic essays. with voice, style and meaning.

This webinar is linked to our personal narrative writing competition, which invites students to write short, powerful stories about a meaningful experience in their life.
